Jeremiah Bullfrog Forks It!

Iconoclast “Street Gourmet” and former personal chef to Rick Ross, Chef Jeremiah Bullfrog serves up epic feasts and parties with locals across America in Hoff Production’s new culinary docu-series Jeremiah Bullfrog Forks It! on Complex Network and go90.

Over the course of the season, the unconventional master chef Jeremiah Bullfrog will grub, chef, and swagger his way through iconic American cities, soaking up the food culture, and putting his unique street gourmet spin on local dishes for an epic feast. Throughout the season, Jeremiah enlists the help of fellow foodies including Big Freedia the Queen of Bounce, hit maker DJ Tittsworth, comedian Marz Timms, TurfInc Dancers who were featured in a Kendrick Lamar video, and Nina Compton a former “Top Chef” competitor. Three, nine-minute episodes launch every Monday through July 3.

A native of Miami and former chef to Rick Ross, Chef Jeremiah is one of Florida’s most innovative purveyors of haute cuisine. He didn’t get there by following the rules. He’s been kicked out of more five-star kitchens than he can count, and he started a gourmet food truck way before it was trendy. This chef marches to the beat of his own drum.

One week he’s in New Orleans cooking up a Creole spread for bounce superstar Big Freedia, and the next week, he’s making soul food for rap artists in Atlanta. Whether he’s serving up a Mexican/Chinese mash-up menu for hip hop dancers in Oakland, or a five-course dinner to improv comics in Chicago, Jeremiah Bullfrog brings the party; devouring delicious food and drink with reckless abandon, making locals blush with his irreverent sense of humor, and doing everything he can to make sure this is not your momma’s cooking show. He also takes viewers to the hidden dining spots that only the natives know about, hand picks ingredients from insider sources, and lets us into his kitchen where he reveals his culinary secrets.

In the first episode of the series, Chef Jeremiah visits the land of beer and cheese, Wisconsin! He’s there to cook up an epic tailgate feast for a big football game between the University of Wisconsin Badgers and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Along the way, Chef Jeremiah stops by the Underground Butcher in Madison to taste their amazing smoked meats and make some bratwurst from scratch. Then he hits up Clock Shadow Creamery in Milwaukee to pick up some famous Wisconsin cheddar for the big event. When game day arrives, Chef Jeremiah’s tailgate does not disappoint with delectable Braunschweiger grilled cheese sandwiches, brats in cheese sauce and bomb-ass potato salad.

Detroit Steel

Hoff Production’s new unscripted HISTORY series “Detroit Steel” celebrates the Motor City’s automotive legacy by creating rare, custom rides that mix Detroit’s pioneering past with its exciting future. Adam Genei and the team at his car customization shop, Mobsteel, give vintage cars a modern, mean look when the eight episode series premieres Saturday, January 28 at 10PM ET/PT on HISTORY.

From the days of Henry Ford and the Model T, Detroit has been where car legends are born. Though the city has had its ups and downs, Genei and his wife and co-owner, Pam, are committed to fostering American engineering and bringing back Detroit one car at a time. Like their slogan says, Mobsteel, along with Adam’s sister business Detroit Steel Wheels, builds “rides to die for.” From classic cars that call back to America’s automotive roots to muscle cars that need a supercharged rebirth, the team is up for any challenge.

Whether they are discovering hidden automotive treasures in a garage, a junkyard, or from a collector, they take full advantage of Detroit’s incredible history. And if they can’t find a part, the Mobsteel team makes it themselves. The end product is a never-before-seen creation that transforms the best of Motown into a one-of-a-kind ride that is the envy of car enthusiasts across the country.

THE BREITLING PROJECT

Nearly five years ago legendary independent Swiss watch maker Breitling contacted Hoff Productions about creating a documentary featuring their superlative Chronomat.  The final product Super Factories: Breitling was a terrific success and led to a second documentary focusing on Breitling’s historic connection to flight: Breitling, The Pilot’s Watch.

Now we are proud to announce the release of We Are Breitling: The Anthem, a sensational new short format branded video featuring seven of the world’s most extraordinary aviators. It is a heartfelt rollercoaster ride that delivers both a brand message and a human message.

We feel this is an awesome demonstration of Hoff Productions’ commitment to helping global companies express their brand messaging through powerful storytelling.  For further information please contact us at branded@hoff.tv.
